At Santy Orchids, we’re passionate about delivering the beauty of Cymbidium orchids straight to your door. Each plant is hand-selected and packaged with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Live Plant Guarantee: We guarantee your orchid will arrive healthy and true to its description. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the plant and its packaging so we can assess and make things right.

Returns & Refunds: Due to the delicate nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. If your orchid arrives in poor condition, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds are issued at our discretion and only after our team has reviewed your case.
